ABOUTUS
LIVE & WORK is a new concept in the city of Guadalajara. Nowadays, we can see a growing need for professionals and freelancers to have a place where living, working and commuting are part of their lifestyle, all while providing solutions to the current world demands.

This concept has a modern, welcoming, and very practical architectural design. We have also adjusted the interior design to create a dynamic, full of energy and comfortable environment with some homelike touches which will make you feel in your element.

The ensemble is divided into 2 big sections: La Casa and La Cabaña. In La Cabaña you can find a rustic, calm and welcoming space inspired on the Pueblos Mágicos (Magic Towns) of Jalisco. La Casa is a youthful and dynamic space with a free and creative atmosphere.
In the common areas you can find a cafeteria, a meeting room as well as multiple working spaces all of this within a couple of steps from your bedroom. As for the afternoon, you can enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, a good book or just spend some time with your friends.

We have designed this space considering the corporate world that all great businesses need. We have several working spaces, a meeting room, high-speed Internet, controlled access, adapted to work furniture and all these just a few steps away from your bedroom. We have simplified the job life by suppressing one of the most stressing parts of it: commuting.

Knowing how to enjoy the little things that come with life can change our day by day and make it a great experience. This is why we included some spaces to enjoy a great book, a glass of wine, some music or our friends’ company.
